Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Cream until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and egg. Mix until combined.
Pour in the flour, baking soda and salt. Blend until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Use a medium-large cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough and place it on the parchment paper. Flatten. On top add half of a graham cracker broken in two.
Then cut a large marshmallow in half and place the two halves on top.
Top with a portion of the chocolate bar. Take another scoop of cookie dough and flatten on top of the smores center to cover all of the pieces.
Repeat until all of the cookie dough is used up.
Place the cookies in the refrigerator for the 30 minutes.
Bake the cookies for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
