Easter Church Window Cookies

Ingredients

white chocolate chips

butter
sliced

10 ounce bag pastel mini marshmallows

sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl melt the chocolate chips and butter in 30 second increments until just melted and smooth.
Set aside to cool slightly. You want it the mixture to still be melted but not hot enough to melt the marshmallows.
Add the marshmallows to the cooled chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the coconut evenly on 2 pieces of parchment paper.
Separate the mixture evenly between the 2 pieces of parchment paper.
Using the parchment paper shape the chocolate mixture into an 8-10 inch log.
Wrap the parchment paper around the logs and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, but may be chilled overnight.
When ready to serve remove from the refrigerator and slice into ½-1 inch slices.
Notes
● Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to a week.
