About Wafer Mummy Cookies
These mummy wafer cookies come together in minutes. All you need are three ingredients. I used vanilla cookie icing but you can use melted white chocolate if you want. You can also use any flavor wafer cookies you want. I used vanilla wafer cookies because their light coloring makes them perfect for a mummy. But you can use a different flavor.
Here are the ingredients needed.
- 10 vanilla wafers
- 1/2 bag white cookie icing
- 20 candy eyes
How to Make Mummy Wafers
Place the wafer cookies on parchment paper. Drizzle the vanilla cookie icing across the wafers in a back-and-forth manner to resemble mummy wrapping.
Use the icing to place a dot on the back of candy eyes. Place two eyes on top of each wafer cookie. Let the icing dry completely and then you can store them in an airtight container.
These wafer mummy cookies prove that Halloween desserts donโt have to be complicated to be a hit. Theyโre no-bake, kid-friendly, and almost too cute to eat. Whip up a batch for school parties, trick-or-treat night, or just as a fun weekend projectโyouโll have a spooky snack ready in no time.
